Those 5 items are Sit-Ups , Standing Broad Jump , Sit & Reach and Shuttle Run.

Passing Grade for Boys of the age 14 .
Number of Sit-Ups for 1 minute : 29
Standing Broad Jump : 186 CM and above .
Sit & Reach : 27 CM onwards .
Number of Inclined Pull-ups : 8 onwards .
Timing for Shuttle Run : 11.9 onwards .

Boys of the age of 13 .
Number of Sit-Ups for 1 minute : 28 Onwards .
Standing Broad Jump :174 CM and above .
Sit & Reach : 25 CM onwards .
Number of Inclined pulls : 7 onwards .
Timing for Shuttle Run : 11.9 Seconds onwards .


Passing Grade for Girls of the age 14 .
Number of Sit-Ups for 1 minute : 16 onwards .
Standing Broad Jump : 142 CM onwards .
Sit & Reach : 29 CM onwards
Number of Inclined pulls : 3 onwards .
Timing for Shuttle Run : 13 seconds onwards .

Number of Sit-Ups for 1 minute : 15 onwards .
Standing Broad Jump : 137 CM onwards .
Sit & Reach : 27 CM onwards .
Number of Inclined pulls : 3 onwards .
Timing for Shuttle Run : 13.2 Seconds onwards .


The Boys NAPFA test will be on thursday , 30 April . While the girls will be on 29 April .
This Wednesday will have Photo Taking , Please Dress properly.
Exams are next week . Please Mug hard as well . Work hard for History!! :D
